The Basic 8 techniques of Tai Chi movements

Before learning any form of Tai Chi, it is best to get accustom with some basic moves, steps and weight distribution. For beginner, this helps the student to get to know his or her own body’s feel and balance.

The 3rd technique appears like you are trying to hold a big ball; then move it to one side using a bow stance, at the same time the hands spread apart in opposite direction -抱球、野馬分鬃.
